Frequently Asked Questions

How do I download Print Drivers?

No Print Drivers are required if using the print center web page.  HuskyPrint provides printing by uploading to MyHuskyPrint.uconn.edu or emailing to HuskyPrint@uconn.edu any 8.5"x11" print job.  Your print job will be available at any B&W or Color HuskyPrint printer for up to 2 days after submission.

Some larger PDF files might require using locally installed HuskyPrint drivers which are available below.

Tap your card on one of the huskyprint printers. The screen on the printer may ask you to log in. After using your netid and password, your account should show the huskybucks balance at the top of the display.  If it still doesn’t please allow 10 minutes for the balance to update.

I no longer see husky bucks balance in MyHuskyPrint Center after I received a new replacement One Card ID?

If you are issued a NEW One Card, it will have a different account number. That account number will NOT be immediately associated in HuskyPrint Print Center until the new ID is registered at a HuskyPrint printer.

Once the NEW One Card is scanned at the HuskyPrint printer, you will be prompted to enter NetID and Password to "REGISTER" the new account number with HuskyPrint.

After new card registration, your husky bucks balance will be visible in the MyPrintCenter and you will no longer be prompted to enter NetID and Password at the HuskyPrint printers to login after tapping ID at HuskyPrint printers.
